Print To Go for the new BlackBerry PlayBook software version 2.0 allows you to send any document on your Windows PC to your PlayBook simply by selecting a printer within whichever application the document was created in. The document is converted into PDF format and sent over a WiFi connection to the PlayBook securely.

A software package is required on the Windows PC, available for download from http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/print-to-go.jsp

Once installed on the PC, a new printer will be added, called "Print To Go":

Selecting the printer for the first time will prompt you to sign in with the same BlackBerry ID used to log into the PlayBook:

You will then be prompted to enter in a passcode to secure the connection - again you will only need to do this the first time you use Print To Go:

On the PlayBook, launch the Print To Go application and run through the initial welcome screens:

The document library screen will be displayed:

Drag down the menu bar and select Settings

The code will be displayed, enter this same code on the PC. The file will then be converted into PDF format on the PC and sent over the WiFi connection to the PlayBook - NOTE the PC and PlayBook must be connected to the same wireless network for this to succeed

After a few moments, the document will be displayed on the PlayBook:
