Insert the SIM into the Digi unit and power on.
Connect to the Digi via Ethernet and within the browser on the connected PC browse to the default IP address of 192.168.1.1, the web admin interface will be displayed (the default username and password is “username” and “password”):

To adjust the default login details, browse to Configuration – Security → Users → Users 0-9 → User 1:

To adjust the LAN IP address of the unit, browse to Configuration – Network → Interfaces → Ethernet → ETH0:

And complete the fields as required.
NOTE - the Gateway IP address should be set to itself (ie the IP address and Gateway address should be the same. If name lookup is required on the LAN interface of the Digi then DNS should be set to your internal DNS servers.
To configure the 3G connection, browse to Configuration – Network → Interfaces → Mobile:

Enter in an APN of “wirelesslogic-hsdpa.co.uk” (if wireless-logic are providing your public IP service). Complete the username and password fields as required by your provider.
Click Apply and then select the option to Save the configuration.
To verify that the Digi is connected to the 3G network and the public IP address has been correctly assigned, type in http://(external_IP_address) in a browser on the Internet, the Digi’s admin login page will be displayed.
To configure the port forwarding, browse to Configuration – Network → IP Routing/Forwarding → IP Forwarding / Static NAT Mappings:

Add entries for the ports or port ranges that you need to forward.
NOTE – this internal client “behind the Digi” will need to have its default gateway set to the internal IP address of the Digi unit, or a static route should be added on the client device to route packets for the IP address you are connecting from via this internal address.
Click Apply and Save when finished.
