The Light Tab 2 (aka the V9+) is ZTE's Android-powered 7-inch tablet device, featuring Android 2.3.4, 3G and WiFi connectivity, Exchange email capability as well as all the personalisation and extensibility offered by the Android platform.

Running Android 2.3.4, the standard look and feel of the Light Tab 2 will be familiar to users of Android Smartphones: with multiple homescreens accessed by scrolling to the left or right, with all manner of application shortcuts, contacts, bookmarks, hardware controls and widgets being available to add to the homescreen for immediate access. All of these homescreen items can also be arranged into folders to keep everything organised if desired.
A shortcut bar is also present across the bottom of the screen, or the side depending on how the device is oriented (the screen can re-orient automatically, or not, as preferred), containing shortcuts to frequently-accessed applications.

The list of applications installed on the Light Tab 2 is as follows:
Documents To Go

The bundled version of Documents To Go allows you to view all manner of Office and PDF format documents, both stored locally or with common cloud service providers such as Google Docs. The full version of the application must be purchased to create and edit documents.
Email
Running Android 2.3.4, the Exchange email client provides access to all mailbox email folders as well as contacts, calendar and tasks data. Multiple email accounts can be defined and viewed, colour-coded, in a unified mailbox.
Out of office status and message can also be edited from the device.

The ZTE Light Tab 2 can be used as a portable WiFi hotspot, enabling you to share the device's high-speed 3G connection to the Internet with up to 5 devices concurrently, and the connection can be protected by WPA2 encryption for security.
The tablet can also be used as a USB modem on Windows PCs, and can also be used as a regular telephone for voice calls, albeit a little large to hold next to your head!
