The Option XY is the latest generation of USB modem for the consumer market, developed in direct response to the growing demand for customisation. Not only can the hardware itself be customised (top & bottom decorative covers), but also the software and packaging.
It is a great product on its own, but is at the same time an extraordinary enabler t target directly your market segments (eg company branding, events, fanclubs, etc).
The new innovative USB connector is made for convenient use and storage, and the high capacity micro-SD slot ensures you have your data wherever and whenever you need it.
The iCON XY gives reliable and fast mobile Internet access, and with its uCAN Connect software, including Zero-CD plug and play, you're online in just 3 simple steps.
Its stylish design is compact enough to fit easily into the palm of your hand, while its very light weight ensures maximum portability and convenience when used with either laptop or desktop PCs.

Insert the Icon XY into an available USB port on your PC. Windows will detect the new hardware automatically as a removable storage device and the installer wizard will launch:

Click Next, the required program files and drivers will now be copied to your PC. When complete you will be prompted to restart the PC:

Click Yes. Once rebooted, the uCAN connection manager dashboard application should start automatically:

If the application does not launch automatically, an icon will have been added both to the Desktop and also to the Start Menu, launch the application manually to continue.
The connection manager will determine the correct Internet connection settings to use automatically based on the SIM card inserted into the device. To initiate a connection to the Internet, simply click the main connect icon in the centre. After a few moments you will be connected:

The uCAN sidebar menu displays further available options:
